1991年，集团董事长何怀先生正值风华正茂，在其母亲的影响下，立下了一生为幼教事业奉献的志愿。怀着对幼教事业的热爱，何怀创办了集团的第一所幼儿园——实艺幼儿园。他把幼儿园比做“茶花园”，天真可爱的孩子们犹如“花精灵”，他自称是日夜照看花儿成长的园主，肩负神圣的使命。
1993年，只有十八岁的林素云来到实艺幼儿园时，简陋的园舍环境并没有减弱“花精灵”的喜爱，她以幼师专业的优势，为“茶花园”带来了新颖动人的教学方式，受到家长、孩子的爱戴，被誉为“茶花园”的“园艺师”。
共同怀着“为每一位幼儿迈好第一步”的理想，何怀先生、林素云女士伉俪三十几年如一日，精心培育花朵。在他们的执着追求和不懈努力下，“茶花园”一个接着一个地开垦：实艺新府园、实艺二幼、实艺新城园、洪殿中心园、锦湖中心园、龙港市实艺园、玉环市实艺园、茶山中心园、苏州佳艺昱湖……个个园里春意盎然，茶花盛开。
三十几年来，实艺教育集团的教师们辛勤耕耘，呕心沥血，他们都是养护“花精灵”的园丁。而领导的关怀、专家的引领，如阳光雨露，温暖、滋润着花朵，使实艺“茶花园”中的茶花开得更加艳丽、更加芬芳。

With the ideal of "taking the first step for every child", Mr. He Huai and Mrs. Lin Suyun have been nurturing flowers meticulously for more than thirty years. With their persistent pursuit and unremitting efforts, "tea gardens" have been reclaimed one after another: Shiyi New House Garden, Shiyi Second Youth Garden, Shiyi New Town Garden, Hongdian Central Garden, Panqiao Shiyi Garden, Jinhu Central Garden, Cangnan Shiyi International Garden, Yuhuan Art Experimental Garden, Chashan Central Garden, Bian Foreign Language Training School... The gardens are full of spring and camellias.
